What I shipped

What shipped, by date. Newest first. Each entry is left as it was written on its day, so older ones name things that have since changed or gone.

  1. Deployed to Vercel, the first public host since September, and reviewed live. Before it, two weeks of front-end work: one request carried from the first frame to the last page, the stage and the map on a phone, one left edge and one title voice, the desk tour on the site's conductor, the lab's launch sequence.

  2. Paper-and-ink redesign: warm paper, ink type, one blue accent; dark reserved for screens (runs, demos, desk, footer). New hero: a live routing field that classifies and routes requests around the headline. Fixed the font-variable bug that had rendered every sans and mono element in Times New Roman.

  3. Front-end pass: living Atlas platform map (20 systems, 5 workflow chains) on the pitch and hub, pointer-lit hero with rain, a self-running audit panel, a generative skyline footer on every page, frame rail with keyboard navigation, and a ⌘K command palette. One header everywhere; theme switcher retired.

  4. Removed every internal evidence placeholder from public surfaces — unverified numbers are now omitted rather than bracketed. Dead resume link replaced with LinkedIn.

  5. Pitch reorganized around Atlas: frames two to four now carry the platform, with three case studies opened for ops, the PPC auditor and proofing. Side projects moved off the pitch; unverified numbers withheld.

  6. Second version of the desk, ten new surfaces, and a copy pass that ties every claim on the site to evidence.

  7. Honesty pass: placeholder metrics and aspiration framing removed from the pitch.

  8. Evidence pack and thesis published; the pitch collapsed to seven mobile-first frames.

  9. How I work page and the per-audience packs scaffolded.
