I turn agency ops into production agents.Inventor of Atlas, the platform a New York media agency runs on.
I was a media planner at a New York agency. In January 2026 I invented Atlas, the platform that now runs its operations. Every request on this page is being classified, gated, and routed to an owner, the way the real system does it.

The turn
I did this work by hand. In January 2026 I invented Atlas.
Built alone, after hours, with Claude Code and Cursor. Twenty systems now, running the agency's routing, audits, proofing and reporting.

The build · beta
A Google Ads finding a planner can inspect.
I added model-output recovery, evidence and methodology to a Google Ads auditor now in beta.
Rules check account data. Model-assisted checks interpret it. Evidence and methodology help the planner decide what to fix.

The change · 1 of 3
A ticket used to bounce for days. Now it cannot enter half-filled.
A finding with its source and a method for checking it.
A proofing result that keeps its inputs and gaps visible.
REQ-4471, Print proof, opened.

Was: A ticket bounced between teams until someone chased the missing field.
Now: The gate rejects it at intake, and every decision has a named owner.
Decided: Bounce at intake, not mid-work: a stricter form costs the requester a minute and saves the team the day a half-filled ticket used to lose.

The lab
On the side I run a lab, and it remembers everything.
Prototypes, not products. Separate from Atlas, on my own time, with my own stack.
- Second brain
- Everything I learn goes into one set of notes: 8,524 notes, 35,748 links between them, the busiest note with 1,639 links into it. Nothing leaves when a project ends; every build starts from the playbooks and post-mortems the last one wrote, and the agents keep writing while I do something else: 6,088 notes so far.
- The harness
- A custom harness runs the lab’s agents on that memory: one request, several models, a verdict gate with real checks, a person at the approval queue.
- For you
- Hire me and the memory comes too. The second week looks like the second year.
